When you need cookies. . .and you need ‘em fast!  Makes 16 servings.
1 cup peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
1 egg
1 cup sugar
Additional Sugar (2 Tbsp)

Combine ingredients, except additional sugar, in Thatsa™ Bowl with Silicone Spatula.  Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in additional sugar.  Place onto cookie sheet lined with Silicone Wonder™ Mat.  Flatten slightly and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375°F until set.

Variation: For a chocolate surprise, when shaping into balls, place a few milk chocolate chips into center of dough balls.  Follow the same baking directions

Too good to share!  Makes 32 brownies.
1 (21oz.) pkg. fudgy style brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water
7oz. (28 pieces) miniature peanut butter cups (other mini candy bars may be substituted)

Mix together brownie mix, eggs, oil, water.  Pour brownie batter in a 11″ X 17″ jelly roll pan lined with a Silicone Wonder™ Mat.  Crumble mini candy bars over brownie batter and bake at 350°F for 15-17 minutes.  Will be very fudgy!

Note: Quantity of eggs, oil and water may vary according to brownie mix recipe.  Follow fudgy recipe directions.

A delicious alternative!  Makes 16 servings.
1 (18oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 cups mixed fruit (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or sliced bananas)

In Rock ‘N Serve™ Medium Shallow or Base of Oval Microwave Cooker, melt cream cheese and brown sugar together for 1 minute at medium high (70% power).  Stir until smooth and set aside.  On a baking sheet lined with Silicone Wonder™ Mat, press out cookie dough to 9″ circle.  Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F.  Let cool for a few minutes and then spread cream cheese mixture onto cookie.  Sprinkle with fruit and chill until time to serve.  Remove from Silicone Wonder™ Mat before slicing pizza.

Soooo much better than store bought!  Makes 5 servings.
2 cups (12oz. bag) mini pretzels
2 cups (12oz. box) multi-bran cereal squares
1 cup chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts or pecans)
1-2 Tbsp. Tupperware Wasabi Ranch or Southwest Chipotle Seasoning

Place ingredients in a Thatsa™ Bowl; seal and shake it up!

Recipe Variation: For BBQ flavor, use Hickory Mesquite Seasoning.

These are fabulous on salads and pasta!  Makes 6-8 servings.
2 cups (6oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle cheese onto baking pan lined with Silicone Wonder™ Mat.  Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool completely and break into individual crisps.

Try it once and you’ll make it all the time!  Makes 1 loaf (8 servings).
2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp. Tupperware Cinnamon-Vanilla Spice
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 cup warm beer

Mix all ingredients in a 10-cup Impressions Bowl using a Saucy Silicone Spatula.  Place batter in a Silicone Loaf Form.  Bake on center rack at 350°F for 30 minutes or until toothpick tests clean.  Allow to cool slightly (if you can wait that long!) before inverting onto serving plate.

Make dinner the whole family will love!  Makes 4 servings.
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced in thin strips
2 Tbsp. Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion

Coat chicken strips with Seasoning, and add peppers and onions.  Then follow one of these cooking directions:

Microwave: Place 1 cup of water in Base of Oval Microwave Cooker; place coated chicken and veggies in Shallow Colander.  Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes.  Stir and microwave an additional 3-5 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Stovetop: Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Place above mixture on Silicone Wonder™ Mat on baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes; turn and bake for an additional 10 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Side Dish Suggestion: Serve over Spanish Rice with black beans.  Toppings can include shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream.

Quick, easy and delicious dinner idea!  Make 4 servings.
1/2 cup white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Tupperware Ginger Teriyaki Seasoning
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked

In Base of Oval Microwave Cooker, place wine and garlic.  In Shallow Colander, place shrimp seasoned with Ginger Teriyaki Seasoning.  Microwave on high for about 4 minutes until shrimp turns pink.  Toss shrimp and hot pasta in white wine mixture.  Serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion: Add 2 Tbsp. olive oil, fresh ground pepper and grated Parmesan cheese to taste.

Say goodbye to plain old hamburgers!  Makes eight 1/4 lb. burgers.
1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2 lb. extra lean ground beef (7% fat)
2 Tbsp. Tupperware Savory Chop Seasoning

Use Prep Essentials™ Lil’ Chopper to chop onion.  Mix ground beef, onion, and Seasoning Blend in Thatsa™ Bowl with Silicone Spatula.  Use a large hamburger press to make burgers.  Cook on stovetop or grill until desired doneness.

Recipe Variation: Replace 2 Tbsp. Savory Chop Seasoning with 2 Tbsp. of ONE of the following – Southwest Chipotle Seasoning, Hickory Mesquite Seasoning with 1/4 cup ketchup or Ginger Teriyaki Seasoning.

A great appetizer or nice addition to any meal! Make 4 servings.
2 lb. red potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch wedges
Non-fat cooking spray to lightly coat potatoes
2 Tbsp. Tupperware Southwest Chipotle or Western Onion Seasoning

Toss together ingredients in Thatsa™ Bowl and shake it up!  Spread on baking sheet lined with Silicone Wonder™ Mat.  Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Recipe Variation: For an Asian Flair, use Wasabi Ranch Seasoning.

Potato Skins: Use 1/4″ sliced potatoes.  Follow above cooking directions.  Add shredded cheese and crumble bacon and heat until cheese is melted right before ready to serve.  Serve with sour cream.
